The Transformers: Infiltration (comics)

Couple of weeks ago, I came across this wonderful comic, (ran from October 2005 to the summer of 2006) set in the re-booted Transformers G1 universe of IDW Publishing. I like everything about it. The writing is great, maybe it has too much 'techno-babble', but it's bearable and understandable. It's important to say that is aimed for more older audience which is definitely to be praised.

We have all the known characters, set in a Earth where they're trying to hide from the humans using holographic drives when in Autobot form. But, due to a tricky circumstances, a band of human teenagers gets involved in the neverending battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons.

This wonderfull mini-serie is made of a six issues, which reperesents a beginning of a saga that continues with few more mini-series. About the rest, in near future. It's also important to mention that The Transformers: Infiltration is written by a long-time Transformers fan and writer - Simon Furman.

Highly recommended for Transformers and comic book fans!
